2. Products and Pricing
All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual products may vary slightly due to handcrafted nature.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or through our online checkout powered by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or payment issues, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour to ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. JhumkaStore is not liable for delays caused by courier partners. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Earrings and customised items are non-returnable for hygiene and personalisation reasons. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. See our Returns Policy for full details.

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and product descriptions is the property of JhumkaStore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
JhumkaStore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.
