We process all orders within 1 business day of confirmation. Delivery times vary based on the shipping option you choose and your location within India.

* Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM IST are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by:

• Clicking the tracking link sent to you via WhatsApp
• Visiting the courier's website and entering your AWB/tracking number
• Messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 97606 41677 with your order number

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India. COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000. A small COD handling fee of ₹30 is applicable on COD orders.

• COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
• COD may not be available in select remote pin codes

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our reach globally — please check back soon or contact us to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
