Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from JhumkaStore. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn — no scratches, bends, or signs of wear
- Item must be returned in its original packaging (velvet pouch, box, tags intact)
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
- A photo of the item and packaging must be shared on WhatsApp at the time of initiating the return
How to Initiate a Return

WhatsApp us within 7 days
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 97606 41677 with your order number and reason for return.

Share photos
Send clear photos of the item, original packaging, and any defect or issue (if applicable). This helps us process your return faster.

Receive return approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with return approval and instructions.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely and ship it to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in case of a defective item).

Refund or Exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method:
- Online payments (UPI, card, net banking): Refunded to the original account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank
- COD orders: Refunded as bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) — please share your bank details or UPI ID when initiating the return
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly shipped)
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or design within the 7-day window, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return initiation process via WhatsApp
- Specify the item you'd like in exchange
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we'll refund the difference
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (including all jhumkas) — for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once delivered, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival
- Customised or personalised jewellery — items made to order with custom engravings, names, or special requests
- Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging
Exception: If an earring arrives defective, broken, or significantly different from what was shown, we will process a full replacement or refund regardless of the above.
